Not for chatbots. The AI is included in the plan, so there is no AI account to open and no separate model bill: you are limited only by your plan's message allowance. AI Voice Calling is the exception and does run on your own provider key, which you connect in the dashboard.

Everything your chatbots need: the AI replies themselves, the knowledge base and retrieval, appointment booking, conversation history, the dashboard, the embeddable widget, and the API. Paid plans also answer on a stronger assistant and carry a larger message allowance. AI Voice Calling is billed separately and runs on your own provider key.

Both sides of the conversation count. The visitor's question is one message and your agent's reply is another, so a single exchange uses two. Whatever allowance your plan shows, it answers about half that many questions. Your dashboard shows the running total against the allowance, so there is nothing hidden about where you stand.

Voice is an add-on with a flat platform fee that unlocks it for 30 days, irrespective of minutes. The fee is shown in the Voice Access card on the pricing page, in PKR by default, and you can switch the currency to USD there. There is no per-minute charge and no minute bundle to run down. Renewing the fee extends access by another 30 days. Voice runs on your own AI provider keys (BYOK), so that model usage is billed to you by your provider.

The AI Recruiter is a separate product with its own plans, priced on CV parses, number of job posts, and whether AI voice interviews are included. The Free plan is a one-time trial of 20 CV parses, 10 AI voice interviews, 2 job posts, and 1 seat. Pro adds 250 CV parses / month, 25 job posts, unlimited AI voice interviews, and 2 team seats. Quarterly covers 1,200 CV parses per 3 months, 100 job posts and unlimited AI voice interviews, paid once every 3 months. Pay as you go buys CV credits with no monthly commitment. Custom plans are available for higher volumes.
